Online orders

Ordering online with PayPal is quick, easy and secure. Please click on the shopping cart below each item. You can use this to purchase multiple items which will then be added to your cart. 

Use the PayPal Shopping Cart as shown beneath each item (for items with no price below them simply click on the photos to find items on their pages). You can use our shopping card whether you have a PayPal account or not (an option for paying by card is given) and all payments are secure.  Note: When paying by PayPal, please check that your PayPal delivery address is up to date.

Mail orders

Alternatively, click here to print out the order form, complete, with cheque and send to the address on the form (UK only or with cheques payable at a British bank). Please note that telephone ordering is not currently available.

Confirming stock

If you wish to order more than one of any item and the item does not state stock levels, please e-mail us to check that we have available stock. You can also e-mail us to order any of the items without the shopping cart option, for example rings, which come in assorted sizes. This enables us to check stock (or sizes) before sending you the payment link. 

If you wish to contact us before ordering, click on the 'contact us' link below to give us details of your request by e-mail. Please note that postage is only £1.95 per order, worldwide and increases for large orders but is always kept as reasonable as possible.

  If overseas, your currency will be automatically converted. To see conversion rates beforehand use the currency converter

Your order should be despatched within three working days.  If there will be delays because we are closed, there will be a message on our home page. For goods that need to be made up or during times when there may be a delay due to a busy period,  you will be informed if there is a slight delay. Please let us know if the item is for a special occasion and/or needed for a particular date.

If your item does not have a cart button and you request a payment link and do not receive it within the day, please check your spam folder as they can sometimes be inadvertantly re-directed there). You should receive an acknowledgement to your online order within the day.

Returns

All items may be returned in unused condition, within 7 days of receiving them, for a full refund or exchange. Returns postage will only be paid for with faulty items.

Please note that our refund returns address is not the address on our address label and compliment slip. Using our returns address will ensure you receive your refund more quickly. Please e-mail us to ask for our returns address if you wish to return items.
