There are two ways of placing an order with True Nature Gems: 1) MAIL ORDERING (UK only) To order by post, send a cheque, payable to J. Reid, with your order details (print out and fill in your order form or write a letter with the details) - including £1.95 postage and packing , plus name and address to: J. Reid, True Nature Gems, PO Box 714, WARRINGTON, Cheshire, WA5 1WQ, England, Great Britain, UK. Cheques must be payable to a British bank (sterling). Allow 3-4 days for your cheque to clear before your item can be posted. If possible, please e-mail us with details of items required, before posting your order, so that we can confirm that your items are in stock. You do not need to do this and it is rare that items are not in stock, but it does help us and we can prepare your order more efficiently. 2) SECURE ORDERING BY PAYPAL - (payment by debit or credit card, UK or overseas) If ordering by PayPal, payment should go through on the day. This method is secure, fast and particularly suitable for overseas orders as currency can be converted. You can use the PayPal shopping cart or, if you require rings, items without a cart or 3 or more items, e-mail us with details of your order (items required and price plus your name and location) and we will check our stock and send an e-mail with your PayPal link or button by return (or let you know when we will have the items available). You then simply click on link given in the e-mail to make your payment online. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by shopping basket or to receive and use the payment link, they will promptly send you a receipt for your payment and your goods can be sent within 3 days. If your item does not need to be made up or gift wrapped, it is usually dispatched on the day or first thing next day (please make allowances for weekends).
