       How to Order your Jewellery         

ORDERING WITH PAYPAL

1) Use PayPal to pay securely by credit or debit card. You can make your order any time of day.  Please e-mail your requirements and give full name stating whether you are in the UK or overseas to:

 

2) Wait for the PayPal link which will be sent to you in an e-mail .

3) Click on the link on the e-mail while online to go to the payment form and  type in your details, including your full postal address.  If overseas, your currency will be automatically converted. (To see conversion rates beforehand use the currency converter on the menu above).

4) Your order should be processed on the day and your goods posted first class, straight away or next day if ordered PM. For goods that need to be made up or during times when there may be a delay due to a busy period,  you will be informed if there is a slight delay. Please let us know if the item is for a special occasion and/or needed for a particular date. (If you do not receive the payment e-mail, please check your spam folder as they can sometimes be inadvertantly re-directed there).

MAIL ORDER

1) To pay by cheque, click on Order Form,

2) Print out the form

3) Complete as requested and post the form with a with cheque, (payable to J Reid) to the address given on the form. Alternatively send a letter with your cheque, stating which items are required and giving your full name and address.

Please allow 3-4 working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are posted (delivery is usually within 7 days).

All items are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee, (return within 7 days for a full refund if not completely satisfied) except for silver rings which are made up for the individual (unless faulty).
