MAIL ORDER

1) To pay by cheque, click on Order Form ,

2) Print out the form

3) Complete as requested and post the form with a with cheque, (payable to J Reid) to the address given on the form. Alternatively send a letter with your cheque, stating which items are required and giving your full name and address.

Please allow 3-4 working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are posted (delivery is usually within 7 days).

Returns

All items are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee, (return within 7 days for a full refund if not completely satisfied) except for silver rings which are made up for the individual (unless faulty).

ORDERING WITH PAYPAL

Use the PayPal Shopping Cart as shown beneath each item (click on photos to find items on their pages) . You can use this option whether you have a PayPal account or not and all payments are secure.

If you wish to order more than three of any item, please e-mail us to check that we have available stock. You can also e-mail us to order any of the items without the shopping cart option, for example rings, which come in assorted sizes. This enables us to check stock (or sizes) before sending you the payment link. If you wish to contact us before ordering, contact us via the e-mail address above by clicking the link and give us details of your request. Please note that postage is now only Ł1.95 per order worldwide and increases for large orders.

If overseas, your currency will be automatically converted. (To see conversion rates beforehand use the currency converter )

Your order should be despatched within three working days. For goods that need to be made up or during times when there may be a delay due to a busy period, you will be informed if there is a slight delay. Please let us know if the item is for a special occasion and/or needed for a particular date. If you request a payment link and do not receive it within the day, please check your spam folder as they can sometimes be inadvertantly re-directed there.
